Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to fuel growth across IT and Finance & Accounting markets. Source and screen top talent using industry tools, manage outreach with candidates via phone and video, and partner with Account Managers to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles for our clients.

This role features an uncapped commission plan, quarterly awards, and ongoing training. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 2+ years of agency staffing experience are expected; you

• At least 3 years of experience as a successful recruiter in IT Staffing.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven track record in sourcing, interviewing, and placing IT talent.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen top talent using recruiting tools and referrals.
• Cultivate relationships with candidates via phone/video interviews.
• Partner with Account Managers to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles.
• Match candidate skills, desires, and personality with client needs.
• Negotiate pay rates with consultants and candidates.
• Develop an effective pipeline of talent for immediate hire.
• Utilize ATS/CRM systems to track progress and activity.
• Collaborate with the team to develop best practices in the industry.

As a member of our recruiting team, you will play a critical role in fueling our growth in both our established and emerging markets. Our Sr. Recruiters are experts in their trade; you will be expected to fill requirements in your market and will have the opportunity to work with clients across the nation in the verticals of Information Technology (IT) and/or Finance & Accounting (F&A).

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and referrals to attract the very best candidates
• Cultivate relationships with candidates through phone and/or video interviews via Zoom
• Partner with our Account Managers to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles for our clients
• Match candidate skills/desires/personality with our clients’ needs
• Negotiate pay rates with Consultants and Candidates
• Develop an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire
• Utilize Applicant Tracking and Customer Relationship Management systems to track and monitor progress and activity
• Collaborate with the team to develop best practices in the industry.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• At least 3 years of experience as a successful recruiter in the IT Staffing industry
