What We Need:

Arootah is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support our hiring needs across internal roles and full-time and fractional roles for Arootah’s clients. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting and build talent pipelines for top-tier engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and technology professionals, with an emphasis in the financial services industry. Arootah is a fast-paced, roll-up your sleeves environment, that needs a Senior Technical Recruiter with a growth mind-set and motivated to excel.

Who You Are:

• You are a skilled recruiter with a proven ability to source and hire top talent in fast-paced environments
• You excel in managing multiple priorities, building pipelines, and supporting a variety of hiring needs
• You have ATS experience (Lever a plus) and other recruitment tools to track and report hiring metrics and analytics
• You have experience within the Alternative Investments, Fintech, or the broader financial services industry
• You are proactive, driven, and detail oriented

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting within the financial services industry; alternative investments experience preferred
• Proven track record successfully hiring for roles in software engineering, data science, cloud infrastructure, cyber, and related technical domains
• A mix of Internal and Agency recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, human resources or similar
• Proficient with Lever or similar ATS platforms
• Skilled in direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking
• Ability to manage multiple searches with precision and efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to hiring.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 a year

• The estimated base salary for this role is $125,000 – $150,000 with additional incentives including bonus and equity
