We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us scale our engineering organization. This pivotal role will aid in developing existing product engineering, DevOps, and data engineering teams across our two core products and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a track record of high performance in a full-cycle recruiting role with a passion for finding and engaging top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth, early-stage startup environment.
This job reports into the Head of Recruiting and will work closely with the VP of Engineering as the team grows. We are looking for a candidate who is inspired by our mission and excited by the opportunity to build a business that will impact millions of lives in a profound way.
We are looking for someone who is located in or near the NYC area where our in office culture works day-to-day. The base salary for this role will range from $125,000 - $160,000 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience.
