Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing: Use networks, job boards, social media, staffing agencies, and direct outreach to attract qualified AEC professionals.
2. Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews and evaluations to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
3. Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
4. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a pipeline to meet staffing needs.
5. Data Insights: Analyze industry trends to improve hiring processes and report to leadership.
6. Compliance: Follow employment laws and industry standards relevant to AEC.
7. Candidate Experience: Ensure positive candidate interactions and smooth interview processes.
8. Networking: Engage with AEC professionals and stay updated on industry advancements.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years as a Senior Recruiter with experience in corporate, staffing, and technical recruitment, especially within AEC.
• Familiarity with HR software and ATS, e.g., Cornerstone on Demand, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
