IT Recruiter responsibilities include creating optimum pipelines for the assigned roles. Ensuring that the pipelines created are running smoothly and following up wherever required with the Account Managers to achieve their individual goals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees.

Responsibilities
  1. Source, screen and provide qualified candidates for various roles
  2. Follow up with candidates for scheduled interviews in a timely manner to ensure a smooth process
  3. Follow up timely with Account Managers to check the feedback and next steps for candidates
  4. Reduce our time-to-hire
  5. Network online and offline with potential candidates to create credibility
