Job summary

Smart Data is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle IT recruiting across multiple clients in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will manage requisitions spanning software engineering, IT infrastructure, and data, delivering top technical candidates quickly and accurately.

Dayton or Cincinnati metro candidates are strongly preferred. You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and internal databases, perform technical and behavioral screening, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical recruiting, agency experience preferred.
• High-volume requisition load across multiple client accounts.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards.
• Experience with technical and behavioral screening.
• Strong ability to maintain clean ATS records and drive metrics.

Smart Data is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter for full-cycle IT recruiting across a wide range of industries.

This is a high-volume desk. You would carry requisitions across software engineering, IT infrastructure, and data for multiple clients at once, which means sourcing has to be fast and your read on technical fit has to be right the first time.

What the role looks like:

• 3+ years technical recruiting, agency experience preferred
