Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Technical Publications Associate Manager to lead day-to-day publication efforts for the 53K King Stallion helicopter program within the Global Sustainment Technical Publications COE. You will oversee development of new manuals, sustainment across multi-year efforts, and international variant publications.

Role requires coordinating project staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of publications project leadership experience or logistics/sustainment related equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of engineering projects.
• Coordinate subordinate recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Plan and formulate engineering programs and organize project staff according to requirements.
• Assign project personnel to specific phases or aspects and coordinate activities on scheduling, technical developments, and problem resolution.
