Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Cape Canaveral, FL or Ocean Springs, MS, seeks a Manager of Publications 2 to lead major technical publications programs within the E&S/Mission Systems area.

You will direct planning, scheduling, and budget for publications projects, mentor staff, implement processes for quality, and collaborate with internal and government stakeholders to deliver high‑quality manuals and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in related field.
• 5 years in increasingly responsible roles in technical publishing.
• Ability to communicate with government customers at all levels.
• Experience in program management, budgeting and cost control.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, estimate, schedule, and track major publications projects.
• Establish processes to ensure high quality in all products delivered.
• Oversee personnel, budget, mentoring, and department engagement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
