Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to partner with business owners, defining, planning, and delivering technical initiatives through all project stages in a highly matrixed environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage high-complexity projects with multiple concurrent efforts, mentor teammates, and ensure timely delivery of agreed outputs while balancing scope and resources across partners in a Hybrid-Flex setting from our Durham, NC headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and may lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Accountable for ensuring deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to project schedules.
• Accountable for managing allocated resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Mentors and provides feedback to team members in a heavily matrixed environment.
