Job summary
Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to partner with business owners, define, plan, and deliver technical initiatives across the project lifecycle. You will manage high-complexity programs and may lead multiple projects concurrently.
The role offers Hybrid-Flex/Remote-Flex work arrangements with in-office presence on a regular cadence. Base salary ranges from $107,901 to $172,642, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
- 5+ years of experience in related field.
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and may lead multiple projects concurrently.
- Accountable for ensuring deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to project schedules.
- Accountable for managing allocated resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
- Mentors and provides feedback to team members to create a highly functioning team in a heavily matrixed environment.
