The Senior Technical Project Coordinator will architect and maintain complex schedules, drive disciplined cadences, manage risk, and own PM tooling and reporting infrastructure to support portfolio-level decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant project coordination experience.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to build dashboards and reports for portfolio decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain complex project schedules across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Drive disciplined meeting cadences to keep project execution on track.
• Risk management with mitigation strategies and issue resolution.
• Own PM tooling, integrations, and reporting infrastructure for decision making.
• Configure and troubleshoot PM tooling, dashboards, and workflow automation.
• Diagnose data quality gaps and design scalable fixes.
• Engage with technical stakeholders and represent PMO standards.
• Mentor and guide junior coordinators.
