Job summary

Neptune Technology Group Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Coordinator to architect and maintain complex project schedules across multiple workstreams.

You will drive disciplined meetings, manage risks, and own the tooling and dashboards that enable PM and PMO decision-making. The role requires 5+ years in a technical coordination capacity and proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Teams)
  • Ability to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflow automations that support portfolio-level decision-making
  • Strong grasp of scheduling logic and dependency management across complex, multi-workstream projects
  • Root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose data quality or process gaps and design scalable fixes
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound judgment and the ability to exercise autonomy — knowing when to solve independently versus escalate
  • Mentoring and coaching skills to support the development of junior coordinators
  • Process design and documentation skills, with a focus on building repeatable, scalable practices

Responsibilities

Sr. Technical Project Coordinator
Position Summary

Requirements

Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, operational, and analytical skills.
