Blue Origin is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to lead planning and execution of test campaigns for flight avionics hardware in Titusville, FL. You will partner with engineers, technicians and suppliers to meet strict schedules while ensuring safety and quality in multiple stages of the New Glenn program.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in aerospace programs and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 4+ years planning and managing projects/programs in a development environment.
• Experience with manufacturing rate management & Improvement.
• Ability to build and navigate a professional network within the organization.
• Experience with scheduling software: P6 Primavera, MS Project, or similar.
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-starter with bias for action and ownership.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to balance technical, business, and organizational influences.
• Independent work history with accountability.
