Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management leading complex technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence decisions across engineering, product, and business leaders.
• Proven ability to reason through system behavior, production issues, and reliability trade-offs with senior engineers.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and delivery in agile environments.
• Data-driven approach with ability to define metrics/OKRs and measure impact.
• Fluent understanding of CI/CD, SDLC, release engineering, observability, and incident management.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support solution analysis workflows with strong validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans to ensure on-time delivery of ET&P capabilities.
• Define requirements, success metrics/OKRs, and roadmaps aligned to business and developer outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks; address roadblocks and implement contingency plans.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Establish program operating rhythm including intake, prioritization, dependency management, release planning, and governance.
• Champion adoption of agile ways of working and continuous improvement.
• Drive programs that deliver CI/CD and release capabilities with engineering teams and track outcomes.
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve adoption and productivity (usage, metrics, incident trends, lead time).
• Utilize enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate requirements synthesis and architecture documentation.
