Job summary

KLA Milpitas, CA, is seeking a senior engineering leader for the RAPID division to drive mask inspection product development. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage risks, and articulate execution plans for leadership and customers.

Qualifications

Doctorate or equivalent required with related work experience.
Strong program management and leadership skills in multidisciplinary products.
Ability to communicate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and service teams.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering development projects for mask inspection products in RAPID division of KLA.
Assess, evaluate risks, and drive projects forward with an eye for critical path.
Communicate cross‑functionally with diverse teams to drive execution.
Lead, empower, and influence team members to achieve engineering excellence.
Present execution plans to internal leadership and external customers.
Identify bottlenecks and remove obstacles to focus on value‑adding activities.
Hold regular cross‑functional meetings to manage interdependencies and resources.
