Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to lead planning and delivery of digital initiatives for a state health plan. This remote, W2 contract role focuses on enterprise programs, provider portal enhancements, and delivery process improvements.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks, and report status to executives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, 3+ years in insurance/healthcare projects, and strong Agile and governance skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience, including digital initiatives.
Experience delivering digital projects in insurance, healthcare, or provider portals.
Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, risk and release management.
PMP/Agile/SAFe certifications preferred; ability to influence executives.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery for digital initiatives with integrated roadmaps and releases.
Coordinate Agile teams, engineering, product, and stakeholders across programs.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and escalate with governance in mind.
Communicate status to senior leadership and ensure governance and compliance alignment.
Drive delivery improvements and cross‑team collaboration to achieve predictable outcomes.
