Job summary

OLH Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager 4 for LANL in Los Alamos, NM. This remote-enabled, year-long position supports the Line-Item Projects Controls program with cost and schedule responsibilities.

The TPM will define requirements, oversee budgets and schedules, and coordinate with technical and business stakeholders, utilizing Primavera P6 and Cobra/EVMS processes. A bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant DOE/NNSA project controls experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in project controls with DOE/NNSA.
• Strong communication across technical and business contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain processes to meet programmatic needs and deliver defined work products.
• Manage cost analysis, planning, and scheduling for high-scope projects.
• Ensure work completes on schedule.
• Identify cost trends for management attention.
• Support Primavera P6 data quality checks and schedule analysis.
• Support Cobra/EVMS cost management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with objectives.
