Job summary

Omega Technical Services is seeking a Technical Project Manager 3 to lead complex projects in Los Alamos, NM. The role is hybrid, requiring both remote and onsite work, with responsibilities spanning scope, budget, and schedule management to meet customer needs.

The TPM will coordinate with DOE/NNSA programs, develop technical requirements, and guide teams to successful delivery. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Cobra, and advanced Excel is essential for cost and schedule control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of related experience.
• Experience managing technical/operational projects with DOE/NNSA context.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage discrete technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Define requirements, deliverables, budgets, and schedules with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time performance.
• Provide cost analysis and scheduling support using Primavera P6 and Cobra.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
