Job summary

OLH Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager 4 to lead discrete technical projects for LANL in Los Alamos, NM. This remote, one-year assignment includes renewal options and US citizenship is required.

The TPM defines technical requirements, delivers on budgets and schedules, and guides the project team from initiation through completion. Proficiency with Primavera P6 and EVMS/Cobra, plus strong cost control and communication skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in cost and schedule analysis for complex programs
• Strong communication across technical and business contexts
• Experience in project controls within DOE/NNSA preferred
• Ability to lead independently with minimal direction

Responsibilities

• Develop or maintain processes to meet programmatic needs and deliver defined work products
• Manage cost analysis and scheduling activities for projects with non-routine requirements
• Ensure work is completed on schedule
• Identify cost trends for management attention
• Support scheduling using Primavera P6 and data quality checks
• Support project cost management using Cobra EVMS processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with objectives
