Job summary

Longenecker & Associates (L&A), a Geosyntec Company, seeks a Technical Project Manager 4 to contribute to critical missions supporting DOE/NNSA programs. The role is remote with potential LANL alignment in Los Alamos, NM, requiring strong leadership and program control.

The TPM 4 will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and risks, guiding teams from initiation through turnover in a controlled environment with strict safety and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Nuclear facility or laboratory experience preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is required for federal contract work.
• Ability to pass a DOE Q security background check and related safety training.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure timely completion of discrete technical project scope.
• Define and oversee deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Lead project teams in planning, tracking, and executing scope from initiation through turnover.
• Coordinate with DOE/NNSA requirements and control accounts.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and support departments.
