Job summary

The TPM will oversee project controls, cost management, scheduling, and deliverables while coordinating with stakeholders to meet objectives in a DOE context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting DOE 413.3B work scope.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling, data quality, and schedule analysis.
• Experience with Cobra and EVMS for cost management.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to align solutions with project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop or maintain processes to meet programmatic needs.
• Cost analysis, planning, and schedule control for complex projects.
• Identify and implement cost and schedule guidance improvements.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule; flag cost trends.
• Interact with external customers or internal labs as needed.
• Plan, develop, and manage project phases for unique problems.
• Potentially conduct research and policy recommendations to senior management.
