Senior Technical Project Manager – Network Operations Center (NOC)

We are seeking a Senior IT Technical Project Manager to support our client, focusing on process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and project delivery within a technical and network operations environment. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in Network Operations Center (NOC), MSPs, and ServiceNow. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead collaborative projects in a dynamic setting.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 10+ years in project management roles
2. 5+ years in technical environments with cross-functional team collaboration
3. Understanding of NOC operations and network project management
4. Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred)
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
6. Experience in process optimization and project delivery in technical settings
