Base pay range

$106,900.00/yr - $147,000.00/yr

The Data Management Lead supports configuration control, data management, and deficiency reporting. Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity, from moderate to substantial.

Describes the tools, technologies, applications, and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data from the ECW. Will attend and become a citizen developer. Collaborates with Contact Center, Billing, Enrollment leadership, and IT. Identifies AI and RPA opportunities and follows through from exploration to implementation. Builds and maintains attended and unattended BOTs. Validates benefits achieved from solutions. Advises operational leadership on functional strategies specific to billing and enrollment, supporting enterprise strategy.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Attend and become a citizen developer. Collaborate with Contact Center, Billing, Enrollment leadership, and IT. Identify AI and RPA opportunities. Build and maintain BOTs.
  2. Analyze, coordinate, process, and resolve complex issues related to eligibility, enrollment, billing, claims, referrals/authorizations, network operations, access to care, Defense Health Agency/TRICARE policies, and other TRICARE topics.
  3. Advise executives on developing functional strategies. Exercise independent judgment on complex issues. Make decisions with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship (Department of Defense Contract requirement)
  • Interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS)
  • No work in Puerto Rico due to contract restrictions
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years healthcare experience
  • 2+ years project leadership experience
  • Experience building and maintaining analytic data sets
  • Knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories
  • 2 years SQL experience
  • Experience with large healthcare data sets
Work From Home Requirements
  • Download speed of at least 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps recommended
  • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection suggested
  • Satellite, cellular, microwave only if approved
  • For residents in CA, IL, MT, SD: bi-weekly internet expense reimbursement
  • Humana provides necessary telephone equipment
  • Work from a dedicated, interruption-free space to protect PHI/HIPAA info

Travel may be required for training or meetings. Occasional travel to Humana offices.

Additional Details

Scheduled weekly hours: 40

Pay range: $106,900 - $147,000 annually, based on location and experience. Eligible for performance-based bonus.
