The Data Management Lead supports configuration control, data management, and deficiency reporting. Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity, from moderate to substantial.
Describes the tools, technologies, applications, and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data from the ECW. Will attend and become a citizen developer. Collaborates with Contact Center, Billing, Enrollment leadership, and IT. Identifies AI and RPA opportunities and follows through from exploration to implementation. Builds and maintains attended and unattended BOTs. Validates benefits achieved from solutions. Advises operational leadership on functional strategies specific to billing and enrollment, supporting enterprise strategy.
Travel may be required for training or meetings. Occasional travel to Humana offices.
Scheduled weekly hours: 40
Pay range: $106,900 - $147,000 annually, based on location and experience. Eligible for performance-based bonus.
