*Description*

We are seeking a Procurement/Contract Administrator to join our team. Our client is a leading provider of data center solutions and innovative technologies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and experienced in managing vendor contracts and conducting cost evaluations within a data center organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or vendor cost evaluation within the data center domain (DC domain is a MUST)
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools (Coupa or similar)
  • Knowledge of data center operations and vendor management

Summary:

The Procurement Contract Administrator will oversee procurement processes, evaluate vendor costs, and manage contracts within the data center domain. A strong understanding of data center operations, vendor management, and cost analysis is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts to ensure compliance with policies and standards
  • Analyze vendor proposals and costs to ensure competitive pricing and value
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
  • Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing, bidding, and vendor selection for large data center operations
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to vendor contracts and procurement
  • Prepare and present procurement, vendor performance, and cost analysis reports to senior management
  • Ensure procurement activities adhere to compliance standards

*Note: This role is within a business team and not the contracts organization. The team will adhere to contractual and legal guidelines as much as possible but will defer to the contracts and legal teams when necessary.*

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment length. Benefits may include:
