Job description

The Data Management Lead supports configuration control, data management, and deficiency reporting. This role involves working on complex problems, ranging from moderate to substantial scope. The responsibilities include using tools, technologies, and practices to collect, analyze, and present raw data from the ECW, and collaborating with various leadership teams. The role also involves identifying AI and RPA opportunities, building and maintaining BOTs, validating benefits, and advising on strategic development specific to billing and enrollment processes.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. 50%: Attend and become a citizen developer. Collaborate with Contact Center, Billing and Enrollment leadership, and IT. Identify AI and RPA opportunities and follow through from exploration to implementation. Build and maintain attended and unattended BOTs.
  2. 25%: Analyze, coordinate, and resolve complex issues related to eligibility, enrollment, billing, claims, referrals/authorizations, network operations, access to care, and TRICARE policies.
  3. 25%: Advise executives on developing functional strategies, exercise independent judgment on complex issues, and determine the best course of action based on analysis.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship required due to Department of Defense contract
  • Ability to obtain interim security clearance (NBIS)
  • Note: Candidates living in Puerto Rico are not eligible due to contract restrictions
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of healthcare experience
  • 2+ years of project leadership experience
  • Experience building and maintaining analytic data sets
  • Knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories
  • 2+ years of SQL experience
  • Experience working with large healthcare data sets

Work from Home Requirements:

  • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection recommended
  • Satellite, cellular, or microwave connections require leadership approval
  • Employees in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota receive a bi-weekly internet stipend
  • Humana provides necessary telephone equipment
  • Work in a dedicated, interruption-free space to protect PHI/HIPAA information
Travel to Humana offices may be required occasionally.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $106,900 - $147,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location. The role is eligible for performance-based incentives.
