Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
7+ years of experience in project management with emphasis on technical projects.
Proven experience managing software development, system integration, or IT infrastructure projects.
Solid understanding of SDLC and PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and translate technical information.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects from initiation to closure within Paarl .
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with IT strategy.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and QA specialists.
Develop detailed project schedules, track progress, and manage budgets.
