Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8 years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required per contract.
• Experience in Primavera P6, Cobra, and EVMS processes.
• Knowledge of DOE O 413.3B EVMS requirements is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills across both technical and business contexts.
• Experience in project controls within DOE/NNSA.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Demonstrated initiative and independence—able to take a concept from idea to delivered product without heavy direction.
• Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions to cost and schedule guidance to projects and programs.

Responsibilities

• Manages and ensures the timely completion of discrete technical or operational projects.
• Establishes technical requirements for the project.
• Defines project deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversees the project team in planning, tracking, and execution from initiation to completion.
• Develops or maintains processes to meet programmatic needs and produce defined work products.
• Responsible for cost analysis/control and planning and scheduling activities with significant non-routine requirements.
• Ensures work is completed as scheduled and analyzes cost trends for management attention.
• Supports project scheduling using Primavera P6, data quality checks, integration tasks, and schedule analysis.
• Supports project cost management using Cobra and EVMS processes.
• Collaborates with stakeholders across technical and business domains to align solutions with project objectives.
