Job summary

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Primavera P6, Cobra, and EVMS, plus DOE/NNSA project controls exposure. U.S. citizenship is required for contract eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required per contract.
• Experience in Primavera P6, Cobra, and EVMS processes.
• DOE O 413.3B EVMS knowledge is highly desirable.
• Strong communication across technical and business contexts.
• Experience in project controls within DOE/NNSA.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with continuous improvement mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Initiative and ability to work independently from concept to delivered product.
• Ability to identify and provide innovative cost and schedule guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manages and ensures timely completion of discrete technical or operational projects.
• Establishes technical requirements for the project.
• Defines project deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversees the project team from initiation to completion.
• Develops or maintains processes to meet programmatic needs and produce required work products.
• Responsible for cost analysis and planning/scheduling with non-routine requirements.
• Ensures work is completed on schedule and identifies cost trends for management.
• Supports project scheduling using Primavera P6 and data quality checks.
• Supports project cost management using Cobra and EVMS processes.
• Collaborates with stakeholders across technical and business domains.
