Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 12 years of experience preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship is required by contract.
• Experience in Primavera P6, Cobra, and EVMS processes.
• Knowledge of DOE O 413.3B EVMS requirements is highly desirable.
• Strong communication across technical and business contexts.
• Experience in project controls within DOE/NNSA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to take concepts to delivered product without heavy direction.

Responsibilities

• Manages and ensures timely completion of discrete technical or operational projects.
• Establishes technical requirements for the project.
• Defines project deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversees the project team from initiation to completion with cross-functional coordination.
• Develops or maintains processes to meet programmatic needs and produce required outputs.
• Performs cost analysis, planning, and scheduling for complex projects.
• Supports scheduling using Primavera P6 and cost management using Cobra and EVMS.
• Collaborates with stakeholders across technical and business domains to align with project objectives.
