Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years in Technical Project Management in software/tech.
• 6+ years in relevant technical experience.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data/analytics.
• Experience with enterprise AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Power Automate).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects.
• Establish roadmaps, milestones, dependencies and success metrics.
• Communicate with executives and clients; translate updates clearly.
• Identify risks early and drive resolution with options.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams; maintain Confluence docs.
