Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of Project Management experience in an Agile environment.
• Proven track record managing highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Extensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coaching teams in Agile processes and tools.
• Ability to develop program strategies, high-level project plans, and KPIs.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication with IT leadership, business leaders, and consultants.
• Demonstrated ability to track milestones, manage scope, scope adjustments, and risks.

• Prior experience managing enterprise IT portfolios and cross-functional teams

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to work within the specified contract duration and MSP engagement model
• Strong organizational skills to monitor adherence to schedules, identify delivery risks, and develop mitigation strategies
