Job summary

Parloa is seeking a (Senior) Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of high‑complexity Agentic AI deployments for enterprise customers. You will lead your pod (TPM, Forward Deployed Engineer, Agent Architect) as a single accountable delivery unit from scoping through go‑live and hypercare.

You will coordinate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Support across the customer journey, managing governance calls, UAT, and go‑live reviews. Fluent English and German are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical program or delivery management for SaaS/enterprise software.
• Hands-on delivery of CX/CCaaS/UCaaS/AI/IVR solutions.
• Strong grounding in Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects with global, distributed teams.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality for customer projects.
• Act as primary delivery contact for sponsors and stakeholders; run governance and go-live reviews.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers, Architects, Sales, and Support across the journey.
• Facilitate sprints, retros, and stage-gate reviews; enforce charters, runbooks, and handovers.
• Track KPIs and report delivery status and risk posture to stakeholders.
