Parloa is seeking a Manager, Agent Architecture in the United States to lead and grow the team delivering enterprise AI agents. You will hire, coach, and evaluate Agent Architects while remaining hands-on with live deployments, shaping how our solutions scale for large customers.

You will align capability with Sales, Product, and Engineering, drive end-to-end delivery, and define quality standards. This role rewards strong leadership, deep design expertise, and the ability to balance delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years in conversation design and AI agent development.
• Experience building scalable architectures and conversational experiences grounded in real user needs.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering and API integrations (REST).

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring for Agent Architect roles and coach team.
• Set team goals aligned with Professional Services priorities and manage capacity.
• Guide customers through AI Agent implementations end-to-end.
• Define agent quality standards and document best practices.
