Job summary

Sepire is seeking a product leader to drive the development of a B2B SaaS platform. You will run discovery, translate needs into user stories, own the backlog, plan sprints, and review architecture with offshore teams.

The role focuses on UX enhancements, rigorous product management processes, and delivering multi-tenant features. You’ll communicate across sales, engineering, and stakeholders while balancing uncertainty and business problems.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on a B2B SaaS platform.
• Proven record of shipping multi-tenant features.
• Strong wireframing/prototyping chops (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent).
• Clear communicator with sales, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Can work U.S. morning hours to overlap with America/Chicago and offshore teams.

Sepire's looking for a person to delegate critical tasks, such as sales demos, platform strategy, managing offshore teams, code reviews, and UX design. We are focusing on enhancing UX, implementing industry-standard product management processes, and driving new features.

Core responsibilities

• Run discovery calls and demos with prospects and customers.
• Translate client needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
• Own the product backlog, sprint planning, and release notes.
• Review pull requests at a high level; flag architecture or security risks.
