Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, including scope definition, resource allocation, and rigorous cost and schedule baselines.
• Direct the execution phase by monitoring performance metrics, managing procurement, and mitigating risks to ensure contract profitability.
• Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial forecasting to provide transparent reporting on project health and budget compliance.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, partners, and technical teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and change management.
• Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to final closure, including archiving documentation and conducting post-project quality assessments.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive long-term value.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience leading medium to high-complexity technical or construction projects.
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at the management level.

Preferred Skills

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
