Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a project leader to drive the next generation of power infrastructure from acquisition through delivery. The role bridges commercial strategy and field execution, managing EPC partners, technical negotiations, and large-scale generation projects.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in EPC contract management, real estate and legal collaboration, and a track record of delivering industrial energy projects. Nuclear exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial and EPC aspects of large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong background in contract negotiation, administration, and lifecycle management.
• Experience collaborating across Real Estate, Legal, Commercial, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Ability to lead technical negotiations and manage contract terms with significant technical and operational impact.
• Deep understanding of how contract provisions affect project execution, field operations, schedules, and outcomes.
• Experience supporting or leading acquisition and integration of existing industrial facilities/assets.
• Proven track record with EPC contractors in negotiation and field execution.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contractor management, including oversight, performance, and risk mitigation.
• Background in industrial infrastructure, energy, or heavy construction environments.
• Experience supporting power generation/utility-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and EPC strategy across large-scale generation projects.
• Manage technical contract negotiations and terms with EPC partners.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Legal, Commercial, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Oversee acquisition and integration of facilities/assets when applicable.
• Mitigate risks and manage contractor performance throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with EPC contractors in both negotiations and on-site execution.

Our client is building the next generation of power infrastructure. These aren't normal utility projects. You'll be helping lead multi-billion-dollar generation investments, working with executive leadership, EPC partners, and major industry stakeholders on projects that will shape the grid for decades. We are seeking a project leader who can bridge the gap between commercial strategy and field execution, effectively managing EPC partners, technical contract negotiations, and large-scale generation projects from acquisition through delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing both commercial and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) aspects of large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong background in contract negotiation, administration, and lifecycle management.
• Experience collaborating across Real Estate, Legal, Commercial, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Ability to lead technical negotiations and manage contract terms with significant technical and operational impact.
• Deep understanding of how contract provisions affect project execution, field operations, schedules, and overall project outcomes.
• Experience supporting or leading the acquisition and integration of existing industrial facilities or assets.
• Demonstrated success working directly with EPC contractors, both in contract negotiations and in the field during project execution.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contractor management, including oversight, performance management, and risk mitigation.
• Background in industrial infrastructure, energy, or heavy construction environments.
• Experience supporting power generation, utility‑scale energy, or generation‑related projects.
