Job summary

Personified is seeking a Senior Technical Programs Manager to lead complex client-facing IT and cybersecurity initiatives for mission-driven organizations. You will own scoping through execution, coordinate across internal and external teams, and partner with the VP of Technical Programs in a remote, fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 7 years of professional experience, MSP exposure, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

At least 7 years of professional experience.
At least 3 years in account management with trust-based client relationships and high-stakes project delivery.
Experience working at or with a managed service provider (MSP).
Proficient with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Jira).
Strong client management with proactive communication and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex technical client service projects from scoping through execution.
Oversee planning, timelines, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain records of projects, deliverables, issues, risks, and decisions.
