Job summary

Kraken is seeking a senior program lead to orchestrate the technical pillar of a major client transformation. You will oversee the migration, coordinate with product and engineering, and manage the ongoing technical relationship to ensure successful adoption of the Kraken platform.

You will guide internal and external teams, set governance, and advocate for efficient tech delivery while aligning with client goals and Kraken roadmap.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large tech migrations and transform complex programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and client stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and quick grasp of platform capabilities and constraints.
