Kraken is recruiting a Client Delivery Lead to support European clients through technology transformations, migrating onto the Kraken platform or managing long-term tech requirements. You’ll align with Kraken product managers and developers, coordinating across client and internal teams to deliver outcomes.

The role is European-based, hands-on, and travel is expected. We value clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a willingness to adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with client counterparts (product owners/business owners).
• Be the first point of contact for tech development and escalation for domain issues.
• Act as Kraken platform knowledge base and delivery reference.
• Triages incoming requests and communicates client priorities internally.
• Summarises client needs and timelines for ongoing Kraken development.
• Support the engineering team to deliver product features.
• Encourage the client to adopt Kraken development and deployment approaches.
