Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Client Delivery Lead to support North American clients through technology transformation journeys. You will manage a tech domain for client projects, collaborating with Kraken teams and the client to deliver value.

This is a North America based, onsite role with travel to client sites. You'll own relationships, triage requests, and drive prioritization while guiding development and ensuring deployment of features.

Qualifications

• Strong agile delivery experience.
• Experience in product management and customer journeys.
• Solid understanding of technology trends.
• Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Experience with complex delivery pipelines for clients.
• Degree qualified with strong client delivery or product ownership experience.
• Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
• Energy sector knowledge and regulatory/compliance exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with client counterparts (often product owners and business owners).
• Be the first point of contact for tech development and escalation with customers.
• Knowledgebase: be the reference on how Kraken works and delivers the Kraken Platform.
• Triages incoming requests and communicates client priorities internally.
• Summarise client needs and timelines to guide Kraken development.
• Support engineering to deliver product features.
• Challenge clients to embrace continuous iteration and deployment.
