What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, change control processes, and documentation
- Identify project risks and present detailed, implementable solutions or alternatives
- Coordinate project activities across multiple systems, departments, and teams
- Report on team progress and key metrics to align leadership and staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
- At least 10 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
- Strong program and project management skills with proven success in coordinating projects across multiple teams
- Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret Finance requirements into system solutions
- Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience working with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP)
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- PMP or Scrum certification
- Strong experience using Microsoft ADO and SharePoint
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
