What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions within budget
- Create and maintain project schedules, manage change control processes, and document project details
- Identify project risks and present detailed, implementable solutions or alternatives
- Coordinate project activities across multiple systems and departments, ensuring alignment and efficiency
- Leverage knowledge of Finance systems to drive solutions that meet current and future departmental needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and management reporting philosophies
- Proven program and project management skills with successful project delivery at scale
- Experience with industry-leading ERP solutions such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices
- PMP or Scrum certification
- Strong experience using Microsoft ADO and SharePoint
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
