What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, change control processes, and documentation
- Identify and address project dependencies and risks while proposing implementable solutions
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 years of experience managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
- At least 10 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Workday Financials and ERP solutions (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams with successful delivery at scale

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage conflict effectively
