What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 12+ years of experience managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
• Deep Finance domain expertise and working knowledge of Workday Financials
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and management reporting
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to work with business leaders
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with industry-leading ERP solutions such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP
• PMP or Scrum certification
• Experience solving analytical problems with quantitative approaches
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
