Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to guide IPCS initiatives, coordinating leadership communications and governance. You will drive the operating rhythm and enablement programs across functions, translating complex information into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with the Ops Enablement lead and IPCS leadership to shape priorities, manage annual planning, and ensure disciplined delivery, while advancing change adoption and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
• Experience in governance, strategic planning, and organizational enablement within large organizations.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level materials and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Experience using AI capabilities to accelerate program planning with proper validation.

Responsibilities

• Drive IPCS operating rhythm, governance forums, and leadership priorities.
• Lead planning and execution of leadership forums, strategic reviews, and executive communications.
• Partner with leadership to shape priorities, annual planning, and initiatives.
• Develop leadership materials, presentations, and decision-support content.
• Promote AI-assisted practices for governance and reporting with human review.
• Support organizational readiness and execution of key strategic initiatives.
• Lead people enablement, culture, recognition, learning, and engagement programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across HR, Finance, Transformation, and Business Management.
• Support leadership objectives through structured follow-through and stakeholder alignment.
