Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate to join the TCIO Innovation Project & Program Management team.

You will coordinate execution of key projects, translate business problems into actionable requirements, and engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals. You will collaborate with firmwide Centers of Excellence to support adoption of emerging technologies, platform migrations, and overall improvement of reporting and efficiency.

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant work experience in technical project or product management.
Strong written and verbal communication with ability to prepare executive-level presentations.
Experience planning and managing development cycles end to end with Agile methods and project management software.
Strong analytical, quantitative skills and problem-solving abilities.
Organized and able to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead project manager on key initiatives, create project plans and scorecards, track milestones, and manage communications to senior stakeholders.
Consult with TCIO stakeholders to translate business problems into actionable requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to support adoption of emerging technologies and platform migrations.
Monitor and report productivity improvements and cost savings within the project portfolio.
Support intake and prioritization of new use cases from business stakeholders and align planning with strategies.
