The role demands a highly organized, proactive professional who can manage competing priorities and translate complex information into clear insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex technology programs in large organizations.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable plans and governance.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional partners.
• Experience with AI-enabled project management and data sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Drive IPCS operating rhythm, governance forums, and leadership priorities.
• Lead planning and execution of leadership forums, reviews, offsites, and updates.
• Partner with leadership to shape priorities, annual planning, and initiatives.
• Develop leadership materials, presentations, and decision-support content.
• Promote AI-assisted governance with human review and delivery alignment.
• Support change adoption, readiness, and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Lead people enablement, culture, recognition, learning, and engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with HR, Finance, Transformation, and Business Management.
