Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cornerstone – DBO team in Jessup, MD seeks an experienced project management professional to lead cross-functional teams in planning, design and construction of secure office spaces supporting US ADC communities.

You will manage remote delivery teams, coordinate with stakeholders, develop roadmaps, and drive complex facility projects while ensuring compliance with security clearances. Strong PM, KPI development, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience defining KPIs/SLA metrics and reporting to senior leadership.
• Experience in supporting or managing construction projects.
• Experience interpreting National Policy Documents and technical specifications.
• Current, active US Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale, complex facility construction and retrofit projects.
• Influence regional strategic planning and forecasting models.
• Document and standardize cross-functional processes and procedures.
• Develop, communicate and maintain project roadmaps.
• Effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
• Liaise between teams to coordinate competing activities.
• Prepare technical writing and presentations up to the director level.
