Job summary

Cornerstone Defense LLC seeks an experienced Program Manager in Colorado Springs, CO to lead a cybersecurity program through RMF, maintain ATO, and deliver contract artifacts to the government on schedule. You will coordinate with the government ISSM/ISSO, supervise subcontractors, and manage sequence of deliverables across system engineering, logistics, and testing in a highly secure, on-site environment.

Active TS/SCI with SAP eligibility is required; U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience managing classified DoD/IC programs with cost, schedule, and deliverables.
• Space Domain Awareness (SDA) or Space Situational Awareness (SSA) experience.
• Practical experience with RMF cybersecurity, controls, assessment, POA&M and authorization maintenance.
• Experience working with U.S. Space Force acquisition and government finances.
• Proven success delivering government-standard products on schedule and with proper documentation.
• Ability to interpret contract requirements and align with government expectations.

Responsibilities

• Understand the mission and translate needs into team priorities for government stakeholders.
• Manage the cybersecurity program, RMF lifecycle, POA&M remediation, and coordination with ISSM/ISSO.
• Deliver contract products on schedule; manage CLRDs, baselines, test artifacts, CM, and logistics reports.
• Interpret requirements and keep dialogue open with government customers to ensure mutual understanding.
• Synchronize with government acquisition rhythms, funding availability, and technical refresh planning.
• Support subcontractors; verify facility clearances and security posture across all sites.
