Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale facility construction and retrofit projects.
• Ability to manage remote project delivery teams and complex stakeholders.
• US citizen with active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to obtain polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale, complex facility construction and retro-fit projects
• Influence current and future region strategic planning and forecasting models
• Document and standardize cross functional processes and procedures
• Develop, communicate and maintain project road maps
• Effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Liaison between various teams and organizations to coordinate competing activities
• Document writing and presentations up to the director level
